Built for Mexico

Why Mexican buyers work with us

We configure every unit to how power actually works in Mexico — not a generic export model.

60

60 Hz / 127–480V by default

Mexico runs on 60Hz with 127V single-phase and 220/440/480V three-phase for industry. Every unit is set to your voltage and frequency out of the factory — no rewiring on arrival.

SN

NOM certification support

Many electrical products require NOM (issued by ANCE / NYCE) to clear Mexican customs. We build to the relevant NOM and IEC standards and support certification for your order. Confirm exact certificate status with us before ordering. Spanish manuals and nameplates are provided.

Manzanillo & Veracruz ports

Standard FCL shipment to Manzanillo and Veracruz, with Lázaro Cárdenas and feeder options to other Gulf and Pacific ports.

20

20+ years, ISO9001 & CE

Frequently asked questions — Mexico

Do your units meet NOM for Mexico?

We manufacture to Mexican grid specs (60Hz, 127/220/480V) and support NOM certification (ANCE / NYCE) for import. NOM rules differ by product category, so please confirm the exact standard and certificate status with us for your specific model before ordering. Spanish manuals and nameplates are provided.

50Hz or 60Hz for Mexico?

Mexico uses 60Hz. All Mexico-bound generators and motors are configured to 60Hz and your required voltage by default — just tell us the rating and we build to it. Never run a 50Hz unit on a 60Hz grid without factory re-rating.

Which Mexican ports do you ship to?

Standard shipment is to Manzanillo and Veracruz on the Pacific and Gulf coasts, with Lázaro Cárdenas available and feeder service to other ports on request.

What about import duty and NOM holder?

Import duty, IVA (VAT) and other levies are handled by your Mexican importer / customs broker. NOM certificates must be held by a registered Mexican importer or local agent — we provide the technical file, test reports and commercial documents needed, but we don't act as the certificate holder.

What is the lead time and how are freight costs handled?

Typical production lead time is about 45 days after deposit and specification confirmation. Sea transit to Mexico is roughly 20–30 days. Freight rates float with the market, so we quote the current rate at booking and show it on the proforma invoice.

Do you provide Spanish manuals and labels?

Yes. Spanish manuals, nameplates and warning labels are prepared for NOM compliance — tell us during quotation and we'll include them with the order.
