Shenzhen Hardware Link supplies factory-direct power equipment built to Philippine grid specs — 60Hz, 230V — and shipped to Manila and Cebu. From a 20+ year manufacturer supplying 30+ countries, with ICC / PS (DTI-BPS) certification support for a smoother import.
We configure every unit to how power actually works in Philippines — not a generic export model.
The Philippines runs on 60Hz with 230V single-phase and 400V three-phase. Units are configured to your voltage and frequency out of the factory.
Imports need ICC (Import Commodity Clearance) and locally-made products need PS — both under DTI-BPS (Bureau of Product Standards). We build to the relevant PNS and IEC standards and support certification for your order. Confirm exact certificate status with us before ordering.
Standard FCL shipment to Manila and Cebu, with Batangas and Subic feeder options for other regions.
Operating since 2007 across dedicated manufacturing bases, with ISO9001 quality management and CE marking on applicable product lines.
These are the units Philippine distributors, contractors and project owners ask for most.

Open, silent, containerised and trailer types on Cummins, Perkins, Weichai and Yuchai engines — prime and standby, 60Hz, built for Philippine islands and typhoon-season backup.

We manufacture to Philippine grid specs (60Hz, 230V) and support ICC (Import Commodity Clearance) for imports and PS for local production, both under DTI-BPS. Scope differs by product, so please confirm the exact standard and certificate status with us for your specific model before ordering.
The Philippines uses 60Hz. All Philippines-bound generators and transformers are configured to 60Hz and your required voltage by default — just tell us the rating and we build to it.
Standard shipment is to Manila and Cebu, with Batangas and Subic available and feeder vessels to other ports on request.
Import duty, VAT and other levies are handled by your Philippine importer / customs broker. ICC is issued per shipment to the local importer — we provide the commercial invoice, packing list and test reports needed for clearance.
Typical production lead time is about 45 days after deposit and specification confirmation. Sea transit to Manila/Cebu is roughly 7–12 days. Freight rates float with the market, so we quote the current rate at booking and show it on the proforma invoice.
