We manufacture to Thai grid specs (50Hz, 230/400V) and support TISI certification (Thai Industrial Standards Institute) for import. TISI scope differs by product, so please confirm the exact standard and certificate status with us for your specific model before ordering.
Thailand uses 50Hz. All Thailand-bound generators and transformers are configured to 50Hz and your required voltage by default — just tell us the rating and we build to it.
Standard shipment is to Laem Chabang and Bangkok (Khlong Toei), with Map Ta Phut for the Eastern Seaboard and Songkhla for the south, plus feeder options on request.
Import duty and VAT are handled by your Thai importer / customs broker. TISI certificates must be held by a registered Thai entity — we provide the technical file and test reports needed, but the local representative handles certification.
Typical production lead time is about 45 days after deposit and specification confirmation. Sea transit to Laem Chabang is roughly 5–9 days. Freight rates float with the market, so we quote the current rate at booking and show it on the proforma invoice.
